    Once your business earns, Layout.ai receives 5% of its revenue — a commission on what it helped you make. Until then, you pay nothing.

    At $100,000 in revenue, we invest $50,000+

    Reach $100,000 of revenue and we invest another $50,000 or more as the first investor in your first funding round, so you can scale.

Our Terms set out the commission. Under them, the credit and the investment are offers at our discretion: you may need to meet conditions to qualify, an offer can change or be withdrawn at any time, and its exact terms are shown when we make it.

What exactly do I get?

A business from one brief: a logo and brand profile, a hosted website with the app modules your business needs (bookings, ordering, forms, customer accounts), on-brand ad designs, and a dashboard where you change anything by describing it.

How does the $10,000 in AI, ads and lead generation credit work?

Every business built with Layout.ai gets it: create your account and describe the business. It is one credit for everything: from the start it pays for what we build for you (the logo, the website, the app at a flat price per module, the first ads) and every AI change afterwards; 30% of the credit opens for ads once a domain has been added and connected, and the whole credit — lead generation included — once you also have an e-mail domain, 3 mailboxes and a lead list. Ad campaigns paid from the credit aren't available yet. No card, valid for 90 days; your dashboard shows where every dollar went. It is the first step of our deal: Layout.ai receives 5% of the revenue once your business earns, and at $100,000 of revenue we invest another $50,000 or more in your first round. Both the credit and the investment are offers at our discretion under the Terms: you may need to meet conditions to qualify, an offer can change or be withdrawn at any time, and its exact terms are shown when we make it.

When am I billed?

Never for the platform: Layout.ai is free — 5 AI credits and 10 ad generations a day, hosted at yourname.layoutai.app, plus the $10,000 in AI, ads and lead generation credit. Once your business earns, Layout.ai receives 5% of its revenue (the Commission details in the Terms). Beyond that you pay only for what you choose to add — like Leadmaker's package ($19 a month): your main domain, an email domain with 3 mailboxes and a lead list, set up for you.

Do I need an existing website?

No — and we do not import one. Layout.ai builds your website from your brief and hosts it for you, with a lead form and the modules you need. Leads land in your dashboard.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Everything is built for you, and changes are made by describing them — "add a Desserts section to the menu", "make the confirmation email warmer". Each change is checked in a real browser before it goes live, and you can roll any change back.

Can I change the generated logo or website?

Both. Pick between logo concepts (or generate more) — your site and your ads follow the one you choose. Then change any text on the site, or have AI rewrite a section, from the dashboard.

Who answers my customers' questions?

A support assistant built into your website and app. It answers from what Layout.ai knows about your business — your site copy, your app's services and prices, and the notes you give it — and only when it is confident. Anything else is handed to you as a lead with the conversation attached.

How do I go live?

On the Go live page: your website is already live on its Layout.ai address, and pressing "Go live now" takes the "Build with Layout.ai" badge off. You agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Commission terms there first. A business that takes payments online adds its company name and connects a payment account before it can go live.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Your site is live at yourname.layoutai.app right away; add your domain from the dashboard and we connect it. It isn't automatic yet.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No.
